How it works
This is your guide about what to expect from your daycare experience at Ancroft Hounds. Please contact us if your question is not answered below.
Registration
Once you have contacted us to check availability we will arrange a meet and greet and send you a link to our registration paperwork. This includes a health questionnaire and questions about your hounds routine.

You must be able to provide a valid Vet Vaccination Card before you can book with us. Your hound must be vaccinated against Kennel Cough.
Day to Day
Your hound will join up to three other hounds for home based care and socialisation. Walks, and play are encouraged as well as nap times and meals as required. We offer full supervision throughout the day. Dogs are never crated or left alone unless they fall ill.
Important
The safety of your hound is our number one priority and we take this incredibly seriously. If we have a boarding dog or another daycare dog that is for any reason struggling with the space, we may have to cancel your booking at short notice. If we think your dog is in anyway unsafe, or unhappy, we will separate them and request you come and collect them.

This is rare but it can happen and we just want to be honest about that.
